Maria Susan Rocha, 50, Topeka, passed away on February 14, 2017 in Emporia, KS.
She was born on June 3, 1966 in Topeka, KS to Esteban and Maria Rocha.
Maria grew up in Topeka, and graduated from Topeka High School 1985. Following her education she enlisted in the United States Navy.
She worked for various places in Topeka, as well as Kansas City.
Maria enjoyed crocheting, needle point, Rubix Cubes, as well as reading, and classic comedy television.
She is survived by her siblings, Linda (Fernando) Limon, of Topeka, Patricia (Larry) May, of Topeka, Cynthia (Paul) Tavares, of Topeka, Mary Ann (Danny) Zarazua, of Topeka, Stephanie (Fernando) Garcia, of Topeka, Mario (Evelyn) Rocha, of Topeka, and Esteban “Chico” Rocha, of CA; two daughters, Rosamaria and Gabrielle; one grandson and numerous nieces and nephews, whom she loved spending time with.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Henry Nicolas Rocha; as well as several other siblings.
At her request, cremation has taken place. A private family memorial service will take place at a later date.
