Joyce Ann Lundgren, 63, of Topeka, passed away May 20, 2016. She was born in Kansas City, Missouri on October 21, 1952 to Curtis and Eloise (Myles) Lundgren. Joyce mostly grew up in Salina, Kansas and graduated from Salina Central High School in 1970. She was employed by the Kansas Legislative Research Department serving the state of Kansas for nearly 39 years.
Joyce enjoyed gardening, reading and volunteering at the Topeka Public Library.
She is survived by her daughter Sarah Ragsdale; three grandchildren: Makayla, Julian and Adrian; her mother, Eloise Lundgren and Miranda Rusher, who she thought of as a daughter. She was preceded in death by her father, Curtis Lundgren and her brothers, James and John Lundgren.
Inurnment will take place at Mt. Hope Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Midland Care, 200 SW Frazier Circle, Topeka, KS 66606.
