1931 - 2015

John Willis Seelbach, 84, of Topeka, passed away on November 17, 2015. He was born on September 9, 1931, in Rusk County, Texas to Elmer and Anna (Caver) Seelbach.

He married Georgia Erhart on May 10, 1975. John was a truck driver for Fleming Foods for over 41 years. He also drove a school bus for the three different school districts. He loved to watch sports on TV.

John is survived by his loving wife, Georgia; his sons: Richard Seelbach, Michael Seelbach and Kevin Seelbach, all of Topeka; six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and his siblings: Billy Fae Poteet, Helen Skinner, Don Seelbach, Sue Sullivan, Maurice Dunn and Caroline Seelbach.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Betty Ruth Whatley, and his brothers, Charles and Dean Seelbach.

A memorial service will be held at Dove Cremation & Funeral Service on Saturday, November 21, 2015, visitation at 1:00 p.m. followed by the service at 2:00p.m. Private inurnment will take place at a later date.
