Laurelee “Laurie” D. Reisinger, 62, of Topeka, formerly of Middletown, New York, passed away September 21, 2015. She was born to Wilson and Lois (DeGraw) Williams on May 21, 1953 at Middletown, NY where she was raised by her father and step-mother, Lynn Williams. She attended public schools and graduated from Middletown High School in 1971.

She married Leon Reisinger on February 1, 2003 under the clock at Union Station in Kansas City, Missouri. Laurie was employed by the state of Kansas as an administrative assistant in the KDHE department. She was a member of Topeka Bible Church and was a Girl Scout troop leader for her daughters and donated many hours to girl scouting when she was no longer serving as a troop leader. Laurie enjoyed cruising to Bermuda, crafting, spending time with her family and collecting penguins.

She is survived by her loving husband, Leon of the home; her children: Wendy DellaPia (Michael), Eric Shelley, Alison Smith (Mark Matson), Christy Jones (Lance) and David Reisinger; her step-mother Lynn Williams; and her sisters: Kim Williams, Cindy Sivillo (William), Michele Ray and Karen Guattery (Andrew)

She was preceded in death by her father Wilson Williams and her brother-in-law Charles Shelley.

A memorial celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at 11:00 a.m., at Topeka Bible Church, 1101 SW Mulvane, Topeka, Kansas 66604.
