Patricia Anne "Tricia" Dugger
1955 - 2015

On September 19, 2015 Patricia Anne Dugger was released from her earthly challenges and is now basking in heavenly sunlight. She was born on August 19th, 1955 on Galveston Island, Texas, the daughter of Michael and Donna Quin.

Tricia moved to Topeka on the day of the 1966 tornado. She was a 1973 graduate of Washburn Rural High school and attended Washburn University. She married Ray Trueblood but later divorced.

Tricia worked as a secretary for the State of Kansas and later as a childcare worker tending to babies. She had to quit when her ataxia began to impact her balance.

Tricia is survived by her husband of 31 years, Ron and her two children, Ryan (Jenna) Trueblood of Apopka, Florida and Tiffany (Frank) McKinzie of Topeka and two grandchildren, Zoey and Carter. She also leaves behind her mother, Donna (Jim) Hungerpiller as well as two sisters, Kathy (Steve) Clark, Mary (Mark) Talley; a brother, Richard (Lisa) Quin, and a sister-in-law, Colleen Quin. Her father, Michael Jr. and brother, Michael III, preceded her in death. She loved her Kansas City Royals.
