Wilma Lucille Briand Jellison went peacefully to be with Jesus on June 30, 2015. She was 97 born on Dec. 22, 1917 in Ellsworth, KS. She was the daughter of Frank and Anna Belle (Boyer) Briand. She was one of eleven children, six brothers and 4 sisters.

She was married to Rev. John (David) Jellison on May 23, 1935 in Osborne, KS. She enjoyed being a minister’s wife and also a clerk at various stores.
Their marriage was blessed with two sons, David (Linda) Jellison and Gary (RuthAnn) Jellison, they survive. Other survivors include 11 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Jellison was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. David Jellison on Feb. 19, 2006 and a grandson Scott Jellison.

Memorial services will be at 6:00 p.m. at Lakeview Church of the Nazarene, 2835 SE Croco Rd., Topeka, KS. on Thursday, July 9, 2015. Relatives and friends will meet from 5:00 – 6:00p.m. prior to service.


NOTE: The church will be open at 3:30p.m. on the day of the service for flower delivery.
