Amanda Jolene Bell, 49, of Topeka, passed away Thursday, May 28, 2015. She was born August 17, 1965, in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of Paul and Joyce (Carson) Ruth. Amanda was employed as a shift leader by Burger King at 10th and Wanamaker in Topeka for more than 20 years.

Amanda married John Bell in Topeka. He survives. Other survivors include her brothers, Paul Ruth and Donald Frost; sisters, Lenna Ruth and Rebecca Garst; close family friends, Becky Davis, Gertrude White, Donna Marn and their families; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Joyce Ruth and brothers; Mike and Jerry Frost.

Amanda enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and taking care of her pet birds.

A Funeral Ceremony will be at 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 3rd at Dove Cremation & Funeral Service, 4020 S.W. 6th Avenue in Topeka. Cremation will follow the ceremony. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
