Sarena A. “Ceny” Schlink, 66, of Berryton, passed away Monday, March 2, 2015. She was born June 14, 1948, in Junction City, Kansas, the daughter of Thomas and Frances (Kelley) Moyer. Sarena was raised in Manhattan, KS and graduated from St. George High School in St. George, KS. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Marketing from Manhattan Area Vo-Tech. Sarena was employed by Stormont Vail Health Care for 15 years.

Sarena married John C. Schlink on May 30, 1998 at Shawnee Lake in Topeka. He survives of the home. Other surviving family members include a daughter, Melodee Kahl; son, Joseph F. Cunningham; step-daughter, Angela Schlink; grandchildren, Taylor Smith, Talin Golightly, Shelby Wallace, Sarah Cunningham, Grant Cunningham, Hanah Cunningham, Jesse Cunningham, Gage Golightly, Ava Golightly; great-grandchildren, Eric Wellshear and Aubrey Wellshear; sisters, Ida Leopold and Lonnie Nelson.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Moyer and brother, Louis “Bo” Moyer.

Sarena enjoyed spending time with her family.

Sarena was cremated. Memorial services are pending.
