Much Aloha to my Topeka Family. Uncle Chuck was always so much fun! Such a jokester with a great sense of humor and always a twinkle of mischief in his eyes. I will miss him and I know you all will too. I watched an old home video the other day with uncle in it. He was goofing around and having a great time. Seeing that brought happiness to my heart and a realization that he lived a great life of joy, laughter, and love. That's all any of us really need. You are all forever in my heart. Your Niece/Cousin Kathy Reyes

Dear Kay and family,
I am down here in Texas and just checking the obituaries. I can’t tell you how sorry to read that Chuck had passed to join
the LORD. He will be so missed. I worked a long time with Chuck and respected him so much.
My prayers are with you for your loss!

Kay and family: We are so very sorry for your loss. Chuck was a really special person. So glad we were able to spend many family parties together over the years. I know he will be greatly missed. You are all in our thoughts and prayers. I did not know about the hole in ones he got. I know he loved his game of golf. Love Randy and Mary Lyden

To Chuck's family, my sincere condolences. I was a timekeeper when he was Manager and knew him as a soft spoken and fair man. Never knew him to have an enemy. R.I.P., Chuck.
~ Colleen F. Myers - December 6, 2017
Kay: We are deeply sorry that we will not be able to attend the memorial service for Chuck. A long standing previous commitment prevents us from doing what we really would like to do. You and Chuck were some of the very first new members at First Church after I became pastor in 1972. We have enjoyed and appreciated your friendship across these 45 years. Please know that our thoughts and prayers will continue to be with you.

I am so very sorry.

Kay and Family,
you have my deepest sympathy in the loss of Chuck. I bowled against his team many years and I golfed in the Santa Fe retirees league
on Thursday at Lake Shawnee. I also worked on the same floor in the old Santa Fe GOB and several of my clerks went to work in the
TIME KEEPING Department. I lost my spouse of 58 years this year also, so know what you are dealing with. All I can say is trust in
the GOOD LORD and he will take care of you and your Family.
